I'm such a lucky person!

Mr Wonderful bought me a pressie and it arrived today! It appears Friday is a good day for Spellies for me!
I'm going to have a lovely play with this and my stamps over the weekend too.

Ooh I've waited a lonnnnnngggg time for these days and now, yes I have them in my little hands :D

Now then, what shall I do with them?

Label Eleven and Visible Image Stamps

I haven't made a card for a few weeks now what with one thing and another... (quilting and crocheting)  Anyway, this new stamp has been released from Visible Image and I loved it straight away... It was only after I had stamped it I realised the text is laid out in a heart shape... D'oh! anyway, I'm loving it and also the rose stamps behind too, they are from the same set as the LOVE... the set is called Immortal Love...

That's it for now... Short & sweet... a bit like me lol

Mother in Law has a birthday coming soon

So, I thought I'd get out some of my spellies and see if I can make a card be-fitting such a splendid woman, I really love her and my Father-in-Law so much and since losing both of my own parents, they have always been there for me and my husband and we hope that will carry on for a few years to come too.

Anyway, here goes, I used SU very vanilla card stock and some America Crafts lilac card stock for the background and the flowers, The dies that I used were Rose Creations, Jewels Flowers & Flourishes (for the leaves & swirls) and the new Grateful expandable die.... I added some Creative Expressions pearlised glue for the dots along with Dusty Concord distress ink on one of the swirls, leaves and the lowest flower too and I am really pleased with the whole effect too.

Must get to bed now cos its super late or early depending on how you look at it!
